Talking about craftmanship: Bbrood has it. Their sourdough bread rests for twenty hours in order create the best taste experience. If you take the ferry from Amsterdam Central station to the NDSM wharf, you will see the Bbrood location right away. You can also visit their two other locations in the city. Order the sandwich with mackerel and have some apple juice with it. A perfect way to start your day.

Niemeijer is baked in a traditional brick oven. Have a taste of their additive-free bread and pair it with the French cheeses of Fromagerie Kef.
